Zion Care & Holistic Support Services (ZCHSS) Pty Ltd, t/a Issachar Care Solutions, is a registered NDIS organisation offering a wide range of services. Located in Berwick, southeast of the city of Melbourne, our services cater to two groups of consumers:

NDIS Services
Disability Support
Issachar Care Solutions is a provider of quality disability support, offering NDIS-funded services to individuals of all ages and abilities. We provide personalised, reliable, and high quality services, aiming to help individuals develop the skills needed for independence and community participation.
We also provide support coordination and plan management as part of our disability support services. While your NDIS Support Coordinator will help you understand and implement the supports in your plan, as well as connect you to providers and other community and government services, your Plan Manager will help you manage your money and give financial reports.
Our services do not stop with providing disability supports and services; we go a step further to help other NDIS businesses become experts, emphasising our passion for quality services in the industry.
Consultancy
According to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) (2022), 1 in 6 people in Australia have a disability. Currently, it is also estimated that the NDIS supports over half a million Australians with disabilities to access the services and supports they need (NDIS, 2023). Evidently, the need to have service providers (support organisations) with the capabilities to meet the intricate set of requirements of NDIS Standards (compliant) has never been so pronounced.
